What is your experience with BDSM?
As long as I can recall, I have had dreams that I understood maybe were not considered ordinary, were not your standard vanilla sex. Around the time I graduated from college, I read The Story of O and started believing more realistically about those desires and had a few possibly dangerous arbitrary Craigslist hookups, but I got involved in the San Francisco BDSM scene and leather culture and just went from there. The moment I figured out that this was a real thing which I could do I was such as Oh! That's why people are so excited about this kind of gender because it's actually awesome and not boring.
What part of BDSM and the lifestyle do you enjoy the most?
It's the psychological aspects. I take it very seriously and, for me personally, submission and also being a submissive is part of my identity in the exact same manner being queer or femme a part of my identity. Also, I'm a businesswoman, I'm an entrepreneur, so I'm a work-a-holic, therefore when I get a chance to be in subspace and let it all go and submit, and not need to be concerned about columns and podcasts and the remainder of the planet, that is Heaven for me personally.
Which are you most looking forward to doing today?
I'm just really excited about the entire thing. As someone who likes this kind of lifestyle, you do not get the opportunity everyday to be in a giant, trendy set and have all of the toys and perform an over-the-top fantasy, that is what we do in this business. So I'm excited to play with all the cool toys.
